Shipping policy
Purvi Doshi garments are handcrafted in India through slow, artisan-led processes. Most pieces are made-to-order, and shipping timelines reflect the time required to create each garment with care.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
- Orders are dispatched once the garment is completed and quality-checked.
- Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 – 7 working days, depending on your location.
Tracking details will be shared as soon as your order is dispatched.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide to select destinations.
- International shipping is charged at a flat rate of ₹4,000 per order.
- Once dispatched, delivery may take 7 – 20 working days, depending on your country and customs clearance.
Please note:
- Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer.
- Purvi Doshi is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Dispatch Timelines & Possible Delays
Purvi Doshi follows a slow, handmade production model.
Many of our artisans are women working from their homes and embroidery clusters, often completing craft work alongside household responsibilities. Several processes also take place in rural and remote parts of Gujarat and other regions.
Because each piece is made by hand, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Time-intensive embroidery
- Artisan-led schedules and community-based production
- Weather or logistical challenges in rural areas
- Courier or transit delays beyond our control
We always strive to dispatch within the shared timeline and will keep you informed if delays arise.
