At Purvi Doshi, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in India. Our garments are made through slow, artisan-led processes – from handwoven textiles to intricate hand embroidery.
Most of our creations are made-to-order and prepared only after you place an order. This allows us to work responsibly, reduce waste, and honour the time it takes to create clothing with care.
Because of the handmade and made-to-order nature of our work, we follow a strict no return, no refund and no exchange policy.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support of slow, ethical fashion.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.
Each garment is individually handcrafted, and slight variations in weave, embroidery, colour, or texture are natural characteristics of artisanal textiles. These are not considered defects, but part of what makes each piece one of a kind.
We encourage you to review all product details, sizing information, and specifications carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during transit or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package at info@purvidoshi.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the issue
- A brief description of the concern
Once the concern is verified by our team, we will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution. This may include repair, replacement or store credit, at our sole discretion.
Please note: Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
Cancellations
As each garment enters production shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are not possible once the order has been confirmed.
