A decade woven by hand. 

Nearly a decade ago, our journey with Kala Cotton began with a single loom in Kutch. Indigenous, rain-fed and resilient, this old-world cotton found a contemporary expression through our design interventions - extra-weft weaving, appliqué and intricate handwork.

What began quietly in the homes of traditional weavers grew into many looms, livelihoods and a textile now celebrated across the world.

Kala Cotton shaped our language of conscious fashion as much as we helped bring it into contemporary wardrobes.

From field to loom to body, this is a story of hands, heritage, design and mutual growth.
